Meet Corinne McElroy
Like many, you’ll be glad you did. With hands-on experience as owner and operator of several successful business ventures, and her extensive training in leadership, communication and relationships, she not only teaches and talks, she’s lived and walked the walk.
She knows that leadership is a relative term. Too often it is simply defined by the person who is in the leadership role, rather than being defined by the critical attributes and characteristics that personify positive, active, motivated…and effective leaders.
Her passion and ability is to assist leaders to fully recognize who they are today, moving them forward to where they want to be tomorrow- they can and will take charge of their life through the creative principles, strategies, tools and the continuous support Corinne offers. Qualities often unknown begin to emerge as Corinne challenges clients to stretch and grow, seeking balance between professional and personal- while reaching for greater satisfaction and productivity in all of their life roles.
Her personal expertise and coaching doesn’t follow a “cookie cutter” approach, rather she designs it to fit the individual and teams, bringing mission, values, purpose, skills and strengths, into alignment- again with an emphasis on both professional and personal life. She is an accredited professional coach certified through the Coaches Training Institute as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC); through theCenter for Right Relationship (CRR) as a Relationship and Organizational Coach; Authorized Facilitator of the Team Diganostic Assessment tool Team Coaching Int.
Corinne is the CEO of Edge of Change, also a stratgic partner with Rapport Leadership International – she coaches clients after they have attended the Rapport trainings. She is active in her local community working with Women’s Business Network, where as a member, mentor and keynote speaker, she has helped hundreds of woman achieve their dreams.
Corinne lives in Eugene Oregon with her husband Michael, and their daughter Breanna. Their oldest daughter Sheena lives in Las Vegas, NV. She is a Leadership Training Advisor with Rapport Leadership International.
